Important update regarding COVID-19
Dear valued Adelaide City Dental Care patients,
At Adelaide City Dental Care, we seek to provide excellent care for our patients and support for the community we are part of. We wish to assure you we are doing everything we can to protect you, our patients, our team and the wider community.
We are monitoring closely the COVID-19 situation as each piece of information is released. We are, and will continue to follow the advice of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation, as well as Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority and the Australian Dental Association. We will continue to adhere to recommendations for minimisation of spread of the virus through existing infection control measures, and any additional measures which are advised.
Adelaide City Dental Care is accredited to implement and maintain exceptional infection and quality control measures which protect our patients and staff from diseases which are more life threatening than COVID-19. We are taking minimising viral spread seriously and have asked staff who are displaying any illness to remain at home.
We don’t anticipate you seeing anything different in your visit to us. We will have all our standard precautions in place such as masks, gloves, hand washing and hand sanitiser, decontamination of the surgery, sterilisation of all reusable items, and disposal of single use items.
We would ask if you are feeling unwell, please take care of yourself and advise our staff so we may reschedule your appointment.
